Following internal promotion due to the retirement of our previous Director we have an opportunity to join our team as Housing Services Manager. We are looking for an ambitious manager to lead service delivery fit for the future. A customer focused manager, who believes in strong partnership working and is passionate about achieving the best outcomes for customers would be an ideal appointment.
As part of a strong management team, you will contribute to delivering organisational objectives including, excellent service delivery, and achieving high levels of customer engagement and Key Performance Indicator’s. You will lead an experienced team with a focus on tenancy sustainment, allocating homes, maximising rental income, delivering effective estate management services, maintenance services, developing asset management strategy and delivery of contracts.
We are looking for candidates with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deliver modern services. The ideal candidate will be able to contribute to relevant policy and understand the regulatory requirements and operating environment of a successful registered social landlord.
Position: Housing Services Manager
Location: Easterhouse, Glasgow/Hybrid – Trialling 3 days in the Office and 2 days at Home
Salary: £64,959 - £68,310
Grade: EVH Grade 9 SM8-SM10
