Tenant Satisfaction Survey
During February 2023 the Association employed Research Resource to carry out a Tenant Satisfaction Survey and this is what you told us:
91% of those surveyed were very/fairly satisfied with the overall service provided by BHA%
99% surveyed felt that Blairtummock was good at keeping tenants informed about their services and decisions.
100% of tenants surveyed were satisfied witht he opportunities given to them to participate in the decision making process.
91% were very satisfied/satisfied with the repairs service
79% reported that they were very satisfied/satisfied with the quality of their home and 91% were very satisfied/satisfied with Blairtummock’s management of the neighbourhood.
98% said that they were very satisfied/satisfied with the customer care provided when last contacted the Association's office.
92% of those surveyed said they thought the rent was very/ fairly good value for money.
