Tenant Satisfaction Survey
During September/October 2016 the Association employed Research Resource to carry out a Tenant Satisfaction Survey and this is what you told us:
96.4% of those surveyed were very/fairly satisfied with the overall service provided by BHA
97.2% were very satisfied/satisfied with the repairs service
96.4% were very satisfied/satisfied with the Association as a landlord and 97.2% stated that BHA provides an effective and efficient service.
96.6% reported that they were very satisfied/satisfied with the quality of their home and 97.8% were very satisfied/satisfied with Blairtummock’s management of the neighbourhood.
98% said that they were very satisfied/satisfied with the service received when they telephoned the office and 98.5% with the service received when visiting the office.
91.3% of those surveyed said they thought the rent was very/ fairly good value for money.
