Each year like all Registered Social Landlords the Association is required to complete an Annual Return to the Scottish Housing Regulator which allows them to measure performance in a variety of areas and compare this with other RSL’s. The Association is also required to submit information on our Financial position throughout the year to the SHR, Annual Returns to OSCR & FCA, a Financial Assessment to the Pensions Trust and quarterly and annual accounts to our Banks.
