Repairs Report Guide

"We want you to enjoy your home and to make sure you get the repairs that you need. We offer a comprehensive repairs service and planned improvement programmes".

Reporting Repairs:

Repairs in the first instance will most likely be reported by tenants. Repairs may also be notified by members of staff, contractors, and any other concerned party such as a neighbour.

Repairs can be notified in person at the Association's office, by telephone, by email, by letter or by completing the repairs form.

The Association will record full name and address, contact telephone number, access arrangements, and brief description of the repair.

The tenant will receive a detailed copy of their repair order or in the first instance where an appointment for a technical inspection is recommended to ascertain the complexity or extent of the works

General Repairs:

To report a general repair you can use our quick and easy online repair reporting form or call our office on: 0141 773 0202 during normal working hours.

Emergency Repairs:

Our emergency repairs service operates every day of the year, 24 hours a day. If you have an emergency outside normal office opening hours, call us right away. (Please note: If you provide misleading or false information that makes us believe your repair is an emergency when it’s not, we will charge you for the call-out).

To report an emergency repair and the office is not open you should call the out of hours emergency service on: 0333 2020 708.

It is important when contacting the Emergency Repairs Service that you provide as much information as possible. Please note that out of hours repairs are ‘make safe’ only and will be followed up in normal working hours with a full repair if needed.

General advice - If you smell gas

If you smell gas or think you may have a gas leak, call the National Grid Gas Emergency free phone number on 0800 111 999 (24 hours).

You should also:

  • open your windows and doors to let air in
  • make sure all gas appliances are turned off
  • turn the gas off at the mains if possible

Do not:

  • turn lights on or off or use other electrical switches and appliances as this could cause an explosion
  • smoke, light a match or any other naked flame
  • try and investigate the problem or attempt to fix a leak or a faulty appliance.

Using our Repairs Service:

Shared Owners and Factored owners are responsible for repairs in their homes and should not use our repairs service.
